 Should be conversant with functioning of Navy Aviation/Navy Head
Quarters and other customers.

 Should be able to contribute in moving of various important issues viz., as
firm/overhaul task, AOG demands, etc.

 Should be able to co-ordinate functioning of HAL Customer bases

3. Job Description:
 Responsible for liaising with HAL Customers like Army, Navy, Air force,
Coast guard & others.
 Responsible for moving of various important issues viz., as firm/overhaul
task, AOG demands, bay servicing, GHE/GSE etc.
 Responsible for end to end support in regard to Customer services for
Dhruv helicopters.
 Responsible for co-ordinating functioning of HAL Customer
Bases all over India and abroad.

Job Specifications of Consultant for Warranty Management: The incumbent will be
responsible for
a) Co- ordinating the day to day requirement of IAF with the allied departments

c) Ensuring timely clearance of NPA (Non Performing Assets).
d) Quickly action for maintaining the serviceability of newly delivered aircraft
