· Expertise in Dynamics (Architecture, Pipelines, Messages, Integration touch points etc)
· Extensibility of Dynamics CRM (Plug-in, Workflows, Custom Workflows)
· Services to extend Dynamics CRM (CRM Web services)
· Development on Dynamics CRM platform (Customization, JavaScript, CRM Extensions, Bespoke Web development, .Net Web services)
· Configuration and Troubleshooting (Email Router, Application Roles)
· Deployment and Release process
· Knowledge of .Net Framework OOPS & design patterns
· Basic understanding of SQL Server (Queries, SP, Triggers, UDF) and CRM Reports

Developer (Code: Dynamics CRM-Dev) | Experience 4-7 years
· Knowledge of MS CRM Architecture, Plug-In and Custom Workflows
· Development experience on MS CRM platform (Customization, JavaScript, CRM Extensions, Bespoke Web Development )
· Knowledge of .Net Framework and OOPS
· Basic SQL Server understanding (Queries, SP, Triggers, UDF) and CRM Reports
Essential skills: C#, WCF, Web Services, Messaging (MQ)
Desirable skills: ASP.NET
MVC, oData, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4/2011 SDK Knowledge, Silver light and LINQ

Testing (Code: Dynamics CRM-Test) | Experience 4-7 years
· Experience in Testing Dynamics CRM / other CRM products
· Exposure to Quality Centre or Microsoft Test Tools (VSTS) for full test lifecycle management
· Experience in writing test scripts from use cases, functional specs and defect life cycle
· Knowledge of Web Services, SQL and other test automation technologies

Business Analyst (Code: Dynamics CRM-BA) | | Experience 6-10 years
· Exposure in delivering solutions on MS CRM
· Requirement gathering, creating functional specification, authoring business & technical documents, user manuals, data analysis, supporting UAT and assisting with preparation, execution and co-ordination of system rollouts
· Ability to review and sign-off, and create System Test scripts and training material
· Prior experience in maintaining quality and timelines
Essential skills: Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and a demonstrated ability to work in a team
Desirable skills: Dynamics CRM 2011 knowledge / experience will be an advantage
