Just wanted to add few points - Desperation is not going to take one anywhere. So, please do your duty sincerely... and don't let the outcome bother you in the negative way. There are many such opportunities coming up, and one such is here now in HCL. So, pls stay focussed and have never-give-up attitude. There might be a delay, but, eventually, things will fall in place for everyone of you seeking opportunity. Reason why I am stating is that, last week, I was bit bothered when I got eMails from some of you folks who expressed their desperation to clear the tests/interviews and get through.
With every opportunity on your way, please make sure that you make the most out of that.
And most important
- It is better to ignore Hobbies information in resume if it is not worth mentioning. I was surprised to see few, like, playing with kids, listening to music
- Pls have Name, eMail ID, Contact # in the header of all pages in your resume
- Pls value your profile and its contents when you prepare it. Pls make use of the expertise of people in the forum to build good resume.
