Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd., (HAL), a Navaratna Company, is a premier
Aeronautics Industry of South East Asia, with 20 Production/Service Division and 9 co-located
R & D Centres spread across the Country.
The Helicopter-MRO Division of HAL has the requirement of the following posts
for engagement on contract / tenure basis for a period of one year as per the details
given below:-

1. Qualification:
Graduate Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering.
2. Experience:
Should possess a minimum of 30 years of experience in Aviation field, out
of which at least 15 years should have been in the maintenance of
Helicopters / Aircrafts.
Should be well versed with maintenance of Helicopters/ Aircrafts and
sophisticated Ground Support/Handling Equipment, Special Tools & Test
Equipments.
Should be well versed with shop / production engineering works.
Should be conversant with functioning of Navy Aviation/Navy Head
Quarters and other customers.
Should be able to contribute in moving of various important issues viz., as
firm/overhaul task, AOG demands, etc.
Should be able to co-ordinate functioning of HAL Customer bases
3. Job Description:
Responsible for liaising with HAL Customers like Army, Navy, Air force,
Coast guard & others.
Responsible for moving of various important issues viz., as firm/overhaul
task, AOG demands, bay servicing, GHE/GSE etc.
Responsible for end to end support in regard to Customer services for
Dhruv helicopters.
Responsible for co-ordinating functioning of HAL Customer
Bases all over India and abroad.
4. Remuneration:
Selected Candidates will be offered consolidated package (Terms & Conditions of
engagement negotiable). Superannuated Employees also can apply for the above posts.
