Aadhaar Card Mobile SIM Link using OTP without fingerprints (biometrics) from December 1st 2017
From December 1st 2017, UIDAI (Unique Identification Authority of India) has announced to use OTP for aadhar based SIM linking instead of giving biometrics to mobile companies.
There are two ways to Link Mobile Number / SIM to Aadhaar:
First One - On Telecom Service Providers Website
Second One - On IVR helpline
