Mandatory Skills –
- Good knowledge of web technologies, especially JavaScript, HTML and CSS (Java certification is an added advantage).
- Good Verbal and Email communication skills.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills.
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts
Good-to-have Skills –
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, HTTP, technical support and trouble shooting.
- Knowledge of HTML, Content formatting, Lists, Images, Links, tables, Frames, Forms, Active x Objects, Special elements, page layout etc.
- Experience in Technical Support/Troubleshooting is an added advantage.
