Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Log and resolve Service Desk tickets within SLA.
- Escalate complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain knowledge base articles.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must:
- Be graduating in 2025 or 2026.
- Hold a full-time 3-year undergraduate degree.
- Have minimum 50% in Class 10, Class 12, Diploma (if applicable), and UG.
- Have no standing arrears at the time of application or joining.
- Be willing to work from office and in shift-based roles.
- Be open to relocation to any Cognizant office in India.
