Eligibility
Pharmacy Officer
- Diploma in Pharmacy from an institution recognised by the Government of Karnataka.
- Registration with the Karnataka Pharmacy Council.
Nursing Officer
- Diploma in General Nursing from an authorised institution.
- Registration with the Karnataka Nursing Council.
For the Nursing Officer post under Karnataka Residential Educational Institutions Society, B.Sc Nursing or PUC/equivalent + GNM qualification is prescribed, along with the specified Kannada requirement.
Age Limit
- General: 18–40 years
- 2A/2B/3A/3B: up to 43 years
- SC/ST/Category-1: up to 45 years

Selection will be through a competitive examination consisting of General Knowledge and post-specific papers. Each paper carries 100 questions/100 marks, with negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
