	Description:	• Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages as per the requirement. • Software testing and quality assurance. • Maintain standards compliance and Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation. • Able to guide/help the team members and Coordinate and support technical staff, operations and vendors • Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance • Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements, cost and schedule
